How do I add or change my photo?
On the home screen, tap Take a selfie or Choose from photos. On any result, tap New photo.

My preview says "Try-ons are warming up."
The preview service is briefly unavailable. Try again in a minute. A failed preview does not use up a try-on.

How do I cancel?
On your iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Hairmaxxy > Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before it renews. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

I bought Pro but it is locked.
Open the paywall or Settings in the app and tap Restore, signed in with the same Apple ID.

Refunds
Apple handles payments and refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my photos?
Tap Delete all my photos on the home screen, or Delete My Photos on any result. It erases your selfie, previews and saved looks from your phone at once. See the privacy policy.
